3 Ways to Earn Gold in World of Warcraft

You earning potential in World of Warcraft is pretty much limitless – that is providing you are willing to do some work. You will need to work in order to earn gold in WoW, there is no way around it.
If you want to earn a substantial amount of gold, you first need to be prepared to sacrifice some playing time in favour of some farming time.
Secret Number 1 – Mining
Mining is one of the most important and largest contributors of gold in the World of Warcraft. It’s fantastic for beginners as from level 5 onwards you can start making real gold. To ensure you get a head start in WoW, mine every node you come across from level 5 onwards.
Jewelmakers, Blacksmiths and Engineers need many of the precious metals that you’ll find when mining. This ensures that there is always a high demand for metals and stones. A level 5 character can get a bar of gold for as little as a stack of copper which isn’t bad for begineers!
Secret Number 2 – Fishing
Many people forget about the fishing profession when they are focused on making gold. But if you take the time to get your fishing profession up to 375, you’ll find it’s worth it. Alchemists and Cooks both need fish for their trades.
Rare types of fish are needed in order to make some of the high end cooking recipes. In many cases getting these fish can a bit of work and Cooks are often too lazy to do it. In thee cases you’ll be able provide the fish and make some serious money.
Secret Number 3 – Herbalism
Herbs are used by Alchemists to make a range of things including flasks, potions and other liquids. If you use the Herbalism profession you can cash in on this by providing the Herbs needed.
Three of the most lucrative World of Warcraft professions are Mining, Fishing, and Herbalism. Using these professions wisely you’ll soon be able to pull in gold at high speeds. Herbalism and Mining are particularly attractive, especially for low level players as they allow you to earn gold easily from level 5 onwards.
