7 Tips to Improve Your WoW Performance
Written by Seth Symonds.
You can almost always find the information you’re looking for on the internet, many times however you will find low quality rehashed information. In this article I am going to share with you 7 tips that will help you improve your performance in World of Warcraft.
1. Thoroughly read your quest journal.
A common mistake that many players make is to ask for directions in chat boxes. This can waste a lot of time and side track your effort. You quest journal has all the info and directions you need in order to complete each quest. Alternatively, ask a city guard for directions.
2. Get to know your environment.
Minimize the time you spend darting about blindly by spending 5 minutes to study an area map. This should be done whenever you get to a new area – by doing this you’ll save hours of wasted time.
3. Find out what character works best for you.
Work out via experimentation which character will be most effective for you. It’s obviously best to do tis experimentation early on in the game.
4. Choose your profession.
When you choose your profession, do it carefully. Make sure you have a good think about what your overall goal is and pick a profession accordingly. Do you want to earn a heap of Gold or is your goal to be a master on PvP? These are the types of questions you need to be thinking about.
5. Go questing.
Questing is the best way to gain experience points and level up your character. Questing also pays better than grinding and gives you the chance to gain some valuable rewards for completing them.
6. Quest lines are not restricted to race.
A lot of WoW players forget this. If you are a human, there’s no reason why you can’t do the quest for another race – this can be a great way to speed up levelling.
7. Choose your race wisely.
When choosing between Horde and Alliance, remember that while Alliance has more content, it also has many more people playing. Consider choosing the Horde faction and you’ll have more resources available.
